To ensure that participants are fully prepared for the transformative journey ahead, the Ministry Leadership Certificate Program (MLCP) is designed for individuals who:

  • You have experienced the life-changing power of salvation through Jesus Christ.
  • You’ve publicly declared your faith through the outward sign of baptism.
  • You are empowered by the Holy Spirit, and your spiritual life is marked by the gifts and fruits of the Spirit, with the evidence of praying in tongues.
  • You must have completed MLCC Basic (formerly known as the Emerging Leaders’ Program ELP).

The Ministry Leadership Certificate Program (MLCP) is a dynamic online training program designed to equip individuals with the essential leadership skills needed to make a lasting impact in ministry, the marketplace, and missions. Formerly, Ministry Leadership Certificate Course, MLCC.

Through practical, biblically-based curriculum, mentorship, and community, MLCC prepares leaders to integrate faith with leadership in every context of their life.

MLCC is designed for:

  • Aspiring leaders in ministry, missions, or the marketplace who are looking to grow in their leadership potential.
  • Current leaders seeking to deepen their understanding of leadership from a Christian worldview.
  • Marketplace leaders who want to integrate their Christian faith into their professional life.
  • Ministry leaders wanting to strengthen their leadership skills in both church and non-church settings.

To enroll in the MLCC Basic program, participants must:

  • Be born again and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Have undergone water baptism.
  • Have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and demonstrate the gifts of the Spirit, including praying in tongues.

For MLCC Advanced, completion of the MLCC Basic (formerly the Emerging Leaders' Program [ELP]) is required.

  • MLCC Basic (formerly ELP) provides foundational leadership training, focusing on developing core leadership skills rooted in biblical principles. It’s ideal for those beginning their leadership journey or looking to solidify their ministry leadership foundation.
  • MLCC Advanced takes participants deeper into leadership strategies, spiritual maturity, and practical applications for leading at a higher level in ministry, the marketplace, or global missions. This tier is for those who have completed MLCC Basic and are ready to take their leadership to the next level.
  • MLCC Basic and MLCC Advanced are self-paced courses with a set duration for completion. MLCC Basic runs for 8 weeks while MLCC Advanced runs for 10 weeks. Students can progress at their own pace per week, provided they complete the modules allocated to each week, so they’re eligible to join the LIVE BB-weekly review video

  • The MLCC is delivered through a combination of:

    • Self-paced online modules available via our Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Bi-weekly group review calls with co-learners for discussion and accountability.
    • Mid-course webinars for leadership check-ins and Q&A with faculty.
    • Peer networking and group projects for hands-on application of leadership concepts.

  • No, the MLCC Advanced program requires completion of the MLCC Basic program first. The Advanced course builds upon the foundational knowledge and skills acquired in the Basic course, so we recommend completing one tier before progressing to the next.

  • The MLCC program is primarily online, offering flexibility for participants to learn from anywhere. However, there may be in-person events, like the graduation ceremony, as may be communicated, depending on location and availability.

  • Yes, upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Ministry Leadership Certificate that acknowledges your growth and development in Christian leadership. This certificate can serve as a credential in both ministry and professional settings.

We understand that life happens! But we know the power of commitment and intentionality. If you're unable to complete the course within the given timeframe, you may not be eligible for graduation and the certificate of completion.

The cost of the MLCC Basic and MLCC Advanced programs can be found on our registration page. They have been highly discounted to make the program accessible to everyone eligible.

The MLCC Basic and MLCC Advanced programs are designed to be flexible and self-paced. On average, students spend 2-5 hours per week on course materials, assignments, and review calls. However, you can adjust the time commitment based on your schedule.

We encourage you to carefully review the eligibility requirements before registering for the MLCC program to ensure that it is the right fit for your goals and qualifications. Please note that, as part of our program structure, we do not offer refunds once the course has started.
