Dr. Joy Isa is an energetic woman with a passion for God and His people.She earned an MSc in Multidisciplinary Studies from Buffalo State University of New York and holds a Certificate in International School Leadership, from the Principals TrainingCentre, in the UK. She is a certified Youth Counsellor (Institute of Counselling in the UK) and a certified Child Protection and Safeguarding Officer. She holds a doctoral degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment (EdD) from WaldenUniversity, Minnesota. As a firm believer in on-going professional development, she has completed courses run by the prestigious Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has worked in British and American International schools across Nigeria over two decades,working in various capacities as Teacher and school leader. She also served briefly as President of Barwaaqo University, an all female University of Education in East Africa. Mrs. Isa currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Osnan Academy. She also serves as Chair of the Board of the Pistis Leadership and Life Institute. She facilitates professional development courses, seminars, and workshops for COBIS (Council of British International Schools), AISEN (Association of International School Educators of Nigeria), and APEN (Association of Private Educators in Nigeria). She supports curriculum development and facilitates short programmes for TFN (Teach for Nigeria), a not-for-profit organisation that supports low-budget schools with teacher professional development. She also supports curriculum development and facilitates short programmes for CCE (Corona College of Education) in Nigeria and received an award for outstanding facilitator of the year (2018). Dr. Isa has a strong passion for the Kingdom of God and has served in youth ministries and discipleship ministries. Her first book, Inspired to Chat, provides conversations that address some of the challenges faced by young people, from a bible-based perspective. She has a blog where she shares inspired messages centred on building the lives of young people and adults alike. She a Pastor of the Elevation Church, Lekki and has been of several curriculum and leadership developments initiatives of the church, to mention but a few. She is married with two adult children.

Currently, he serves as the Executive Chairman of Zenera Group, a prominent conglomerate specializing in strategy, communications, and investor relations. His academic background is impressive, featuring degrees from Federal Government College, Ogbomoso; Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (Human Physiology); Harvard Business School (Sustainable Business Strategy); and Colorado State University (Change Management). Niyi's professional journey began in 1998 in PR and Advertising, transitioned through a three-year period in banking, and then spent a decade in the oil and gas sector. In 2013, he founded Zenera Group and subsequently invested in BuzzDigital, a digital marketing startup. He also played a pivotal role in launching Ethica 360° with CSR-in-Action, a brand service integrating ethical brand management with CSR and international reporting standards. Niyi's commitment to leadership and service is deeply rooted in his Christian faith, and he believes that true success is measured by sustainable impact. His dedication and innovative contributions have earned him numerous awards, including recognition for Outstanding Humanitarian Services and Innovative Leadership in PR and Image Management, among others. Dr. Femi Johnson is a distinguished financial and mortgage banking expert with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management across various organizations. With a career spanning several decades, Dr. Johnson has made significant contributions to the mortgage banking sector and beyond. Currently, Dr. Johnson serves as a Director at Homebase Mortgage Bank, where he leverages his expertise to drive the bank’s strategic initiatives and operations. His commitment to the industry is also reflected in his role as a Board Trustee of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, where he contributes to shaping the future of mortgage banking in Nigeria. Dr. Johnson’s leadership extends to multiple directorial roles, including: Director at Mortgage Warehouse Funding Limited (Feb 2016 - Present) Director at Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company Plc (Sep 2013 - Present) Director at Homebase Mortgage Bank (Dec 2007 - Present) Previously, Dr. Johnson served as the President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, where he led the association for four years, from February 2013 to March 2017. Leonard is a thought leader, conference speaker, and leadership coach with over two decades of exceptional track record and cross-functional experience in leadership, business strategy and execution, human resource management, and social entrepreneurship. He is the Executive Director of PISTIS Foundation, a non-profit social enterprise vehicle of The Elevation Church Nigeria, with key focus in education, health and shelter initiatives. The foundation has impacted thousands of under-served persons in Nigeria, since its launch in 2018. It’s flagship program, ‘UBOMI’ conducts free medical and surgical outreaches, for about 4000 under-served persons annually, gathering about 250 medical practitioners and volunteers from around the world. The foundation also has a shelter for street/ homeless kids, designed to daily educate, feed, clothe, re-habilitate, and successfully reintegrate them back into society, after a refinement period. The foundation also currently provides full education scholarships - from primary to tertiary level- for over 100 beneficiaries across the south-west and south-south states in Nigeria. Over the years, he has consulted for, trained and assisted SMEs, banks, multinationals, schools, faith-based Institutions, and government parastatals, achieving high performance results. He has served at strategic leadership levels in Consulting Companies with affiliate offices in Nigeria, South Africa, United States and United Kingdom. His commitment to quality and excellence have earned him a few feats amongst which include; being a gold category recipient of the 2012 Arch of Europe Int’l Award for Quality & Technology in Germany, (on behalf of his previous workplace); Serving on the visitation panel to Ghana, to evaluate the readiness of the West African Capital Market Conference; et al. He is an ordained pastor with The Elevation Church, an Accredited Management Consultant (AMC), a Certified John Maxwell leadership trainer from The John Maxwell Co. USA, and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB), USA. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) Lagos Nigeria with Basic and Advanced certificates in Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts first- degree holder, and an MBA Leadership and Sustainability student, with the University of Cumbria UK. Leonard also serves passionately as a social entrepreneur and is a graduate of the Lagos Business School program on Sustainability for NGOs and corporate organisations. He sits on the board of a few companies as a seasoned advisor and has served as Chairman of the Central Working Committee of the prestigious annual PEARL Awards from 2010 to 2013, (the only Awards, rewarding performance of companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange). She is a Business and Transformation Enthusiast with expertise in Organizational Transformation, and in particular Finance Transformation and Cost Optimization; which she has done for various businesses across different sectors. Her experience cuts across Consumer Markets, Telecommunications and the Public sector. Folakemi leads by solving difficult problems, thereby helping individuals and organizations achieve their financial goals. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Retail Supermarkets Nigeria Limited. She is a Non-Executive Director of Proworth Investment Company Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Trives Financial Company Limited. Folakemi also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fadahunsi Education Foundation. Folakemi has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, Manchester, UK. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Bola’s experience cuts across all the ICT divide in Hardware, software, and communications. As an executive technology management professional, Bola had overseen Business Solutions for SAP in West Africa, IDC (Global ICT research and consulting company) for 4 years in West Africa and other leading Pan-African ICT firms. Bola is committed to driving business results and maximizing profitability through the delivery of service excellence and prudent management of people, technology, and processes. Bola has an MBA from HULT International Business School, Boston, USA and BSc. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Bola is a technology professional who delivers insightful keynotes presentations on how to leverage technology to enhance enterprises and churches. Bola is currently the CTO of The Elevation Church and the Resident Pastor of The Elevation Church, Maryland. He’s Married to Toyin and they have two adorable teenagers.

Busola is a Management Consultant working with Organisations over the years on several engagements including crafting and implementation of strategy, business performance review, project management, implementing human resources infrastructure, human capacity building, business planning and enterprise risk management. As a credit risk management professional with one of the major Banks in Nigeria, she developed competence in credit analysis, underwriting and administration, portfolio management and reporting, loan monitoring and remedial management. As a consultant, Busola has been involved in providing human resources advisory and business planning services to several micro, small and medium scale enterprises in different industries. As a Corporate trainer, she has facilitated sessions for clients in the financial services industry on technical courses like credit analysis, financial markets, financial statement analysis, macroeconomics and treasury practices. She also facilitates financial inclusion and book keeping classes for low-income women at low literacy levels; and women in business. She is passionate about solving the problem of youth unemployment and has worked with non-profit organisations and public sector players in crafting and implementing initiatives geared towards addressing this challenge. Busola is a member of the technical planning committee of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). She currently serves as the Group Head, General Services & Operations at The Elevation Church overseeing shared services & operations teams such as Finance, Procurement & Office management, Facilities management & Projects, Resource Management and General administration. She is passionate about young people being the best version of themselves and also serves as the Resident Pastor of LifePointe, an expression of The Elevation Church for the young at heart. She is an aspiring tennis player, and is married to an amazing man. They are blessed with two beautiful daughters.

He holds an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. Formerly serving as the resident pastor at the Elevation Church's Pistis Conference Center in Lagos, Tunji later transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Pastor Emmanuel Olajitan is a Graduate of Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, he also holds a MSc Degree in Psychology (with Specialization in Leadership Development and Coaching) From Walden University, USA. He started his Ministry Journey in March 1996 after a period of training with Living Faith Church worldwide. He served as Resident Pastor and other capacity, including church planting. He started to feature as a Facilitator at the Word of Faith Bible institute in 1998 and went on to teach at some Nigerian and East African Campuses. Namely, Nairobi and Mombasa (Kenya). He served as the Registrar of the Lagos Campus in 1999, then subsequently as Regional Director in Abeokuta, Akure, and Ibadan. He Joined TEC in 2010 at inception and has served as the Director of Small Groups. Olubukola began her career at Marina International Bank (now Access Bank Plc), where she led the Customer Service Team and later transitioned to the Internal Audit function, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and statutory reports. She then advanced to XL Management Services as the Lead of Quality Control. Her career trajectory continued at First City Monument Bank, where she served as Team Lead for Service Management. In this role, she managed over 20 branches, facilitated training on excellent service, and monitored customer experience. Olubukola was pivotal in designing the bank’s first Service Level Agreement (SLA) policies. She also held various roles in Brand Management, notably as the Internal Communications Officer, where she was responsible for creatively expressing the bank’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. She championed Culture Transformation Road Shows across the bank's regional branches and played a key role in the Learning & Development team, delivering impactful training sessions that earned an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars from participants. Olubukola is deeply committed to social responsibility, exemplified by her adoption of a girls' secondary school, where she provides decision-making tools and workshops to support their transition into adulthood. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Training Certification from the University of Central Missouri, USA. However, Kingsley's pursuits extend beyond the professional realm as he is deeply committed to his spiritual journey and actively involved in the work of ministry. As the convener of LIGHTROOM, a vibrant weekly discipleship gathering, Kingsley has created a platform that connects several believers across 10 countries. This international community continues to grow and provide a nurturing environment for spiritual growth and development. He is also a graduate of the Billy Graham School of Evangelism. Within his local church, The Elevation Church Greater Lekki, he serves as the Purpose Head for Maturity. In this role, he effectively contributes to the development and growth of the congregation, helping individuals discover and live out their purpose and grow spiritually. With a heart for the next generation, Timothy serves as the convener of The Baton Show, a platform dedicated to discovering, developing, and deploying talented young kids aged 6-14 for global relevance. His innovative approach to ideation has led him to assist individuals and organizations in initiating new products and maximizing their full potentials. Her strategic oversight has led to significant achievements such as groupwide restructuring to prioritize customer-centricity, establishing HR functions for multiple businesses within both large corporations and SMEs, and driving the People Agenda across industries to build workforce capabilities and ensure employee engagement and positive experiences. Prior to joining Leadway, Omokunbi held key positions in renowned organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Alcatel-Lucent, Airtel Networks, Zain Nigeria, Celtel Nigeria, and Vmobile, where she gained extensive expertise in HR, governance, customer service management and supported transaction banking and wealth management functions.
