Excellent
Value packed
The Diversity and Inclusion course has helped me understand how to lead people from different backgrounds with fairness and respect. I’ve learned to recognise bias, communicate more inclusively, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. As a leader, this will guide how I make decisions, manage people, and build a stronger, more united team.

Great course
identity, made in God's image, called to oneness, assigned to govern with Him, ground everyone's identity equally. Inclusion stopped being generosity I extend and became recognition of what God has already declared
true of every person.
Three insights travel with me. First, inclusion is a leadership pattern with generational stakes: David's openness outlived him, and Eli's narrowness ended his line, so what I draw in or shut out is never only a concern for today. Second, inclusion is a discipline, not an instinct: learning context before I lead, holding the love posture where it is hardest, and drawing the unlike-me toward the centre are practices I keep, not feelings I have.
Third, inclusion must be operationalised, showing up in how I pastor at TEC London and build at JustStart, or it is not real.
The conviction I carry forward is that to include is not merely to be kind; it is to see what God sees and to lead from there, so that what I build in His name draws people in and outlives me.
Thanks, PT and PTJ, for being our amazing faculty!
