This course was a perfect match for me as a small group leader. I have learnt a lot of valuable lesson regarding the ethics and conduct of a ministry leader and this also applies to a market place leader. I have gained in-depth knowledge of what is expected of me as leader.

This course has given me a clearer understanding of how my conduct — both in public and private — reflects Christ. I’ve learned that ministerial ethics isn’t just about avoiding wrong but about actively pursuing what is right, honourable, and loving in all interactions.
I am now more deliberate about listening before responding, ensuring my words bring healing rather than hurt. I’ve become more mindful of maintaining a servant-leader posture, valuing people above personal recognition, and being approachable enough for others to feel safe opening up to me.
I’m also putting measures in place to guard my heart from offence, to handle disagreements with grace, and to remain consistent in integrity even when no one is watching. These shifts have already begun to influence how I relate to people, make decisions, and carry myself as a minister.
