Before starting this program I had issues with leading, I felt I wasn’t enough and needed validation. I felt like I was going to continue like that, but during the course of this program there have been remarkable changes. I found a new way back to Christ; I found and embraced my true self. I felt I wasn’t going to be able to have the time to fully commit to it, because I have a business and kids who are still little, but God made it easy for me. The facilitators were amazing. This program has shaped my understanding; I have had to unlearn so many things and embrace new teachings and ideas.

The program is a blessing all together as we were trained by seasoned instructors. The program has impacted me immensely both personally and professionally. I have been able to attend to people in a bespoke manner rather than a generic template to all matters. I have been able to listen more than talking and paying attention to minute things that eventually matter in the broader scope of things. It goes beyond the walls of the church by bringing Christian principles to both the marketplace and personally.

Wow! The facilitators were nothing short of amazing. I genuinely loved and enjoyed every bit of the sessions. The teachings have enabled me to better manage my team, fostering a more supportive and productive work environment. I’ve also taken time to reflect on areas of my life that require improvement in order to better model Christ in my daily actions. Before taking the course, I struggled with tolerating people acting inappropriately, especially at work. I always wanted to state my point and ensure I was heard, which often left me frustrated. However, I’ve seen a great improvement in being calm and listening to colleagues. I can boldly see the change in my spiritual life, relationship with people and professionally. Trust me, every aspect of this program has shaped my life in one way or another. God bless everyone that made this a success. I am truly grateful. Thank you.

I loved how relatable the courses were. It cut across every part of my life, and it was easy to see where and what needed work. I am able to manage my time better now. I am more conscious of idle time that could have been put to better use. Funny how my tasks have almost doubled just as the program was coming to an end. Committing 8 weeks for extensive learning towards the end of the year seemed daunting, but I had a group of leaders from TEC (Surge) that I could get encouragement, prayers, and motivation from; and also give encouragement too. I set reminders, alarms, and we all made sure to check in on each other and before each assignment submission. I stayed accountable throughout. Yes! It's rich in content. There is an intentional positioning of this program that makes it obvious; they want to give the greatest value. Anyone would be privileged to go through the program. The facilitators were all knowledgeable and engaging. This is wholesome. Please keep up the great work!

The faculty for every course we had were carefully selected, and the courses were truly revealing. Most memorable: Discipleship, Spiritual Growth, Spiritual Maturity, Self-Discovery, and Personal Effectiveness. Personally, and professionally, it has helped me become better and equipped me for leadership roles. I’ve noticed improvements in how I relate with people and approach new tasks. I struggled with the fear of not being devoted throughout the course, but after the program, I discovered that nothing is impossible. A big thank you to my subgroup members and the team lead who saw potential in me and made me lead other leaders along with her.
