Ok
Taking the course Introduction to Project Management has been quite enlightening for me. It deepened my understanding of who a stakeholder is and how to properly identify them within a project. I also gained valuable knowledge about the project environment, including both internal and external factors, as well as the roles and responsibilities of a project manager.

Nice course
This course has been a transformative journey into the discipline of project management, teaching me that projects are not simply tasks but vehicles of strategic value.
I now understand the hierarchy of projects, programs, and portfolios, and how each contributes to delivering outputs, outcomes, and ultimately strategic alignment.
The emphasis on the triple constraints (scope, time, and cost) was particularly impactful. It challenged me to see project leadership as a balancing act, where every decision affects quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Equally important was the recognition of the internal and external environments that shape project success, from organizational culture and resources to marketplace conditions and regulations. This reinforced that project management is not just about schedules and deliverables, but about navigating complex ecosystems.
Finally, the role of the project manager stood out as central and catalytic; a leader who integrates technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to ensure value creation.
In reflection, this course has equipped me with both tools and a mindset: to lead projects with intentionality, align them with vision, and deliver value that advances strategic goals. It has reshaped how I see leadership, not as managing tasks, but as stewarding resources, people, and opportunities toward meaningful impact.
