PLLI EXPAND Program is for professionals who are involved or interested in becoming instructional designers, eLearning developers, learning consultants, and corporate learning & development officers. This includes HR professionals, classroom teachers, online tutors, eLearning experts, course creators, coaches, and subject matter expert with knowledge to monetise.

NO! The program is not designed for just educators! It is designed for the following categories of professionals:

  • Learning professionals: Educators, eLearning officers, LMS managers, course creators, education consultants, EdTech experts, trainers, facilitators, etc.
  • HR professionals involved in learning and development
  • Subject Matter Experts in any field who want to monetise their knowledge through eLearning products

Absolutely not! The EXPAND program is for AFRICANS resident in Africa and the diaspora. We accept applications from African professionals who are in Nigeria, Africa and anywhere in the world.

  • Yes! Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a certificate of completion from the School of Enterprise Development (PLLI), which you can showcase to potential clients, investors, or employers.

Yes! We are always BIG on empowering our learners post-graduation.

  • All successful participants will join the Alumni network where contract jobs and employment opportunities from PLLI and partner organizations will be shared regularly. 
  • The Top Performing Edupreneurs will be empowered by being accepted into the PLLI team as interns or volunteers. 

Yes, the EXPAND Program is hybrid giving you the option to either come to our facility for the live mentorship sessions and project presentation or join virtually.

  • February 9 - March 14: Self-paced learning experience on our LMS.
  • March 16 - 21: Mentorship sessions with 4 mentors
  • March 23 - April 4: Project production and preparation
  • April 6 - 10: Graduation & Project Presentation

The program cost 250,000NGN but PLLI is sponsoring 48% of that so you only have to pay 80,000NGN.

This offer is only open to those who pay on or before January 31st. Program start date is February 9th

  • You must have at least an academic qualification or be in the process of completing one.(WASSCE/BSc/M.Ed/PhD)
  • You must have continuous access to a computer and internet.
  • You must have basic technology & AI literacy (although you will acquire more through the program)
