The Emerging Leaders Course/ Programme has specifically been designed for emerging leaders. This course is primarily designed to develop the competency of leaders to function and lead effectively in different capacities. ELP offers first-hand experience needed to develop an all-round Leader versatile in Personal Proficiency and self-leadership and equips participants with the fundamental knowledge of Christian Foundation, Spiritual Maturity & growth as well as character development. ELP offers an introductory pathway to understanding the concept of leadership.
